If you haven’t found Nemo in the DVD store yet, then your children are missing out. Pixar’s Finding Nemo (2003) is a hit with children (and adults) of all ages.
This quality animated film has entertained children across the globe, and has become a recognisable children’s movie.
Finding Nemo is exciting, inventive and funny, keeping you amused throughout the entire film. Unlike many other children’s films, Finding Nemo has a comical aspect that even adults can enjoy. It is not a film you will struggle to watch.
This aquatic animation still remains on top of the movie list, six years after it was released in cinemas.
Finding nemo takes place under the sea, where weak-finned clown fish Nemo lives with his dad Marlin. Annoyed by his father’s paranoia, Nemo ventures away from the safe haven of his reef and is scooped up by a passing diver.
Nemo is taken to a dentist’s tank where he meets Gill and fish who dream of escaping the tank. Nemo manages to escape and attempt to make his way back to the ocean. Meanwhile Marlin bumps into exuberant fish Dorry and they set out on a quest to find his son.
The bright coloured animation and entertaining sounds make Nemo age appropriate for all children. The concept is fun and it is a highly entertaining film.
