Breast milk or formula will be the first form of food and drink your child will have. Until your baby reaches six months this will be the only drink your baby has had and needs.

Good fat/bad fat balance
Whether we like it or not, we need fat in our bodies. Children also need to have a good balance of fats in their diets so they can grow and be as healthy as possible.

As a parent you are responsible for the foods your child consumes, and what your child eats is not only important now, but will impact their future. It is important you are conscious of your child’s nutrition and ensure they are eating the right kinds of foods.
Eating Healthy For School
If you and your child eat properly at home, there is no reason this shouldn’t transcend to the school yard. Your child’s lunch should contain healthy food that will help them stay focused during the school day.
